The hotel offers a lovely courtyard with plants. I found the in-room Nespresso machine very convenient for coffee. The hotel made all our dinner reservations. I appreciated the attentive concierges who go above and beyond to help with reservations.
I noticed there was no security at the entrance. Anyone could walk in freely without being checked. This lack of security made me feel uneasy

we found elegantly designed rooms to be quiet and picturesque. facing an inner garden, the setting was both tranquil and visually appealing. the breakfast offered delicious fare and friendly service. the location places you near attractions and restaurants along the seine and the marais area.
we noticed the gym was a bit compact. It only included one treadmill.

I thought the location was very good. I liked the neighborhood. This.
I found no bellboy to assist with luggage upon arrival. I had to drag my bags over pavers in the rain, so it was inconvenient. The hotel advertised a 24/7 room service menu. I tried to order soup at 10 PM, but the kitchen was closed, so I only had a croque monsieur available.

The ivy-covered walls in the inner courtyard are Amazing. The location next to Place des Vosges is also very convenient. The daily macarons and Evian water were nice touches.
The absence of a bellboy upon arrival was unexpected. Dragging my bags over pavers in the rain was inconvenient.
